穆格伺服閥D633-525B工作原理
輸入一電流指令信號給力矩馬達的線圈將會產生電磁力作用于銜鐵的兩端,銜鐵因此而帶動彈簧管內的擋板偏轉。而擋板的偏轉將減少某一個噴嘴的流量,進而改變了與此噴嘴相通的閥芯一側壓力,推動閥芯朝一邊移動。

穆格伺服閥D633-525B閥芯的位移打開了供油口(P)
與一個控制油口之間的通道,溝通了回油口(T)與另一控制油口之間的油路。同時閥芯的位移也對彈簧桿產生一個作用力,此作用力形成了對銜鐵擋板組件的回復力矩。當此回復力矩與由于矩馬達的電磁力作用在銜鐵擋板處的力矩相平衡時,擋板回到零位,滑閥閥芯保持這一平衡狀態的開啟位置,直到輸入的給定信號發生變化。
