GX-TB碳纖維板是將碳纖維浸漬樹(shù)脂后在模具內(nèi)固化并連續(xù)拉擠成型，厚度為value="1.2" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">1.2mm和value="1.4" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">1.4mm兩種，寬度為value="50" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">50mm和value="100" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">100mm兩種，長(zhǎng)度value="100" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">100m/卷。與鋼材相比，具有強(qiáng)度高、重量輕、耐腐蝕、施工簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在土木工程中具有極高的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
適用范圍
1. 建筑方面：用于混凝土樓板、橋梁加固；混凝土墻體加固；以及煙囪、隧道、水池加固等。
2. 娛樂(lè)方面：航模骨架、漁具配件等。
3. 醫(yī)療方面：CT床板、手術(shù)床板等。
施工方法
1. 混凝土表面修補(bǔ)處理；將碳纖維板的粘貼面，用打磨或其他方法除去所有污物（灰塵、油脂、表面覆蓋物）直至露出堅(jiān)實(shí)的基面，并保證基面的平整，處理完畢后，用工業(yè)吸塵器將表面清理干凈。
2. 用刮刀在混凝土及面上涂抹一層4value="5" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">-5mm厚的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑，然后在碳纖維板上涂1value="2" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">-2mm厚的結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘劑，中心線區(qū)域?yàn)?/span>value="3" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">3mm。
3. 將涂有粘結(jié)樹(shù)脂的碳纖維板用手輕壓貼于需粘貼的位置。用橡皮滾筒順纖維方向均勻平穩(wěn)壓實(shí)，使樹(shù)脂從兩邊溢出，保證密實(shí)無(wú)空洞。當(dāng)平行粘貼多條碳纖維板時(shí)，兩板之間空隙應(yīng)補(bǔ)小于value="5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">5mm。最后除去多余的膠粘劑清理邊緣部分。
